  • Do you offer videography / photobooth?

No. We do have recommended vendors in mind - please don’t hesitate to ask.

  • What is your turnaround time?

Our turnaround time depends on the type of session and the season of the year.

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY

Due to photographing other weddings, we typically have a 6-8 week turnaround for your full gallery. If we finish earlier, we will be uploading your gallery to our online server so you can view them immediately while you wait for your prints + albums.

ENGAGEMENT / LIFESTYLE / BRIDAL PHOTOGRAPHY

If it’s outside of our wedding season (May to mid-August), our portrait sessions typically take 2-3 week turnaround. If you need it ASAP, we can possibly work something out to rush your session (case to case basis).

  • How many photos are included?

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY

Weddings are case-to-case. We have a minimum of at least 800 photos for 12 hour wedding days. If you booked us for shorter hours or elopement packages, this will be determined by the length of time we cover your wedding. There is no maximum amount, however, we deliver the images that we feel represent your wedding day. We only delete the blurry and repeating shots.

ENGAGEMENT / LIFESTYLE / BRIDAL PHOTOGRAPHY

Depending on the package you choose will determine the minimum amount.

  • For engagement sessions, please check our packages to see the minimum included.

  • For lifestyle sessions (family, maternity, etc.), galleries range between 40-75 edited images.

  • For Bridal Sessions, our clients typically receive between 75-100 Edited Images in their gallery.

  • “I just need 1 nice photo, could I get a lower price?”

Short answer: no.

Long answer: Our packages are carefully calculated to cover our business and living expenses as photographers. We charge based on how we value our services and the experience we give you. Your money pays for our time and our skills. “One Photo” isn’t a one-shot, 5-minute shot.

  • What are you cancellation policies?

For portrait sessions, here is our policy: Postponement / Cancellation – In the event of postponement or cancellation of the affair/contract, PHOTOGRAPHER will use the retainer fee towards a replacement date that is suitable to our schedule.

If you wish to fully cancel, we can refund the payment you have made if you cancel at least 24-36 Hours Prior to your session date.

For Weddings, we do not refund the retainer paid if an Engagement Session has been shot. We can transfer the retainer made to a new date. We will only refund the retainer if a client has to cancel a wedding due to the following: a natural act of God (hurricane, earthquake, etc.), if a new date chosen by the couple due to an unforeseen event they cannot control (weather conditions, venue changes, covid regulations, etc.), and if a couple has to cancel their wedding due to a death in the family.
