+ How long are your wedding coverage?

8-12 Hours. At most, we are working photographing your wedding at 11 hours with an hour break to recharge.

+ What is included in your full-day packages?

Our Full-Day wedding packages always include 2 professional wedding photographers. 95% of the time that it's always going to be Sarah and Dave. When either one isn't available, rest assure one half of 21 Pixels is shooting your wedding and we hire a seasoned second shooter to assist.

Every full-day wedding package includes: digital files, engagement sessions and album(s).

+ Do you have a package for smaller weddings?

Yes we do! We have 3 Elopement Packages perfect for the couples who only want a specific part of their wedding day photographed or for couples are into intimate, smaller scale weddings. The 3 Packages are included in the Wedding Guide.

+ What's an Elopement? Can I book that?

An elopement wedding means you are tying the know and celerating with just yourselves or with a small amount of guests gathering in a minimal, casual fashion - from this post by Simply Eloped (read more here)

You can book the Elopement Packages but these packages are strict within the hours laid out within the Wedding Guide.

+ Why is an engagement session included? Can we remove it?

We believe that your engagement session gives you a chance to get comfortable with us and in front of our camera. It also helps us understand how you are as a couple and to prep ourselves for how we will pose you on your wedding day.

Yes, you can opt out of the engagement sesssion to subtract $$ from your package or to exchange for additional albums.

+ Do I get to keep ALL the images from the wedding?

No. As professionals, we choose the best images but rest assured that we don't limit the maximum amount of image we edit and include in your final gallery. We only delete the blurry and repeated shots.

+ How far in advance do you accept bookings?

2-16 months in advance. For example, if the current date is January 2018, we don't booking anything past March 2019.

+ Do you require a deposit upon booking?

We require a non-refundable retainer upon signing the contract. The retainer you pay is part of the package you choose. The retainer is a way to lock your date with us. We only accept 1 wedding per day or 2 weddings a weekend.

+ What is the turnaround for wedding photos?

Because we are only a team of 2 and we photograph other weddings and sessions, galleries take about 6-8 weeks to process. However we do deliver a gallery of sneak peeks (roughly 30-50 images) a week after your wedding day to tide you over as we edit the full gallery.
